做一张真正能放标题的封面

目标是横屏静物封面：右侧一只陶碗和两个橙子，左侧有足够空白放“慢一点生活”。你将经历初次生成、选图、修构图、改光线、最后排标题。无需记一串风格参数，先学会描述画面用途。

准备 Midjourney 可用账号与普通排版工具。此课用网页 Create 入口，不要求安装 Discord，也不把某个版本称为永久默认。

在 Create 页输入第一条提示

进入 Midjourney Create，在顶部 Imagine 输入栏写画面说明。画幅可以从设置调整，也可以在末尾用 --ar 16:9；这一参数控制宽高比例，并不指定精确像素。网页生成方法 · 画幅参数。

英文不是必须，这里保留一条便于复制的完整示例。“right half”把物件放右侧，“empty tabletop”让留白有实际内容，“title added later”说明用途但不要求模型画字。第一次保持其他设置默认，并记录实际版本。

四张候选怎样选

先按硬条件淘汰：橙子不是两个、碗有多余把手、左边被花瓶塞满、物件被裁掉。剩下的才比较色彩和质感。不要先挑最漂亮的一张，然后花很多轮修一个完全不适合排标题的构图。

打开最接近目标的候选查看大图，保存它与原提示。平台提供的变化、编辑和放大选项要按当前版本选择；放大只能提高输出尺寸或细节，不能自动纠正橙子数量。

没有留白：重写位置关系

如果每次主体都被放在正中，将提示改成：

这里同时缩小物件占比，并明确左边没有物体。若你的需求是左边完全纯色，不要写木桌纹理；把留白改成“plain cream background”，否则模型会按你写的内容生成纹理。

两个橙子粘在一起：改摆放关系

保留已经满意的色彩与光线，把主体描述换成：

“exactly two”规定数量，“可见桌面间隔”规定能看见两个独立物体。生成模型仍可能不遵循；有局部编辑入口时可以针对多出的物体修改，修改后仍检查其余区域。

用同一任务比较两种光线

保留主体和画幅，分别将光线句改为以下两条，各做一组：

Soft overcast daylight from the left, low contrast, broad gentle shadows.

Warm late-afternoon sunlight from the left, a clear diagonal shadow across the table.

前者练柔和散射光，后者练方向性更明显的光。观察碗内阴影、橙子受光侧与桌面投影，而不是只看整体黄不黄。生成有随机性，这个对照不能证明一个单词在所有场景都有效。
